WOW!! He kept getting frustrated with me and hanging up. Next he called again and said he did not know where the cruise terminal is (?!). First he called me and asked for a specific street address. Last driver could not find us at the Long Beach Cruise Terminal either. But he had a hard time finding the Long Beach Cruise Port (?!?!), even with maps on his phone. Once he decided I was the right client, he said, " I don't know where this address is." Plus, it smelled like alcohol in his vehicle. Our first driver took forever to get to the LAX-IT lot (after midnight), then proceded to argue with me that I was not his pickup. Customer service was GREAT, but I wished I hadn't needed it (!!). It was more like Uber or Lyft, but not as reliable or friendly. I was expecting this to be a "shuttle" service, like the van in the pictures. I'll be following up with management again on monday Why does any customer want a random person to know where they live. I'm still waiting on manager address the fact the first driver was asleep and was riding around with non employees. When we arrived to my home he pulled in front of the gate as if he didn't have the gate code or the address. I said yes and why would want to be squeezed in a car. I asked him why he didn't fold down the seat to the 3rd row. He didn't try to assist them with getting in the truck. This driver didn't open the doors regardless he saw 2 people in wheelchairs. He called while we were waiting on the luggage to be unloaded, he was rude and acted as if he was in a rush. I requested another driver to pick us up on our return. She slept, I thought it was a shared ride. The driver had his girlfriend in the car when he picked us up.
